1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.

• In case of any delays due to unforeseen reasons (like supply issues or weather), we will inform you via call or email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

We currently offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Delivery: 2–7 business days (based on your location within India)

• Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (where available)

• Bulk Orders / Machinery Shipping: Timelines may vary based on transportation logistics and location

Note: Express shipping is available only in select areas.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and delivery location:

• Tamil Nadu: ₹60 for the first 1 kg

• Other States: ₹120 for the first 1 kg

• Free Shipping: May be applicable for select products or orders above a specified value (as mentioned on our Website).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking ID via SMS or email.
Tracking can be done directly through the courier partner’s website or through our support team.

5. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather disruptions, or unforeseen logistics issues.
If your order is marked as “delivered” but not received, please notify us within 48 hours so we can raise a query with the courier.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Once shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

7. Bulk/International Shipping

We currently focus on deliveries within India. For bulk or export-related shipping (outside India), custom coordination will be required.
Customs, duties, and taxes for exports (when applicable) must be handled by the buyer.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately.
Claims must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.

If a return is accepted, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping or product error on our part.
