1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging with all labels and accessories intact.
Used, damaged, or incomplete items may not be eligible for return or refund.
For safety and product integrity, certain items may not be returnable (e.g., open fertilizer bags, irrigation items). Please refer to the product page for exclusions.

2. Return Process

To request a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at mrkagro2014@gmail.com / support@mrkagro.in or call +91 63808 26679 with your order details and reason for return.

2. Provide an unboxing video to help us validate your request.

3. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.

4. Unless the return is due to a mistake from our side (e.g., defective or incorrect product), return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by MRK Agro.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products.
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and an unboxing video.
After verification, we will arrange for a free replacement.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used fertilizers, pesticides, or chemicals

• Customised or special-order products

• Products purchased during sale or promotional events

• Machinery or equipment once used

• Gift vouchers

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
